I'm glad to write this. What I saw and continue to mediate and see are people in my life(s) that I have known an amount of time I'll never know. It's where we all go, no discimination. Most of the time they say we concentrate on problems that are somewhat silly.

It's hard to come back from, you come back refreshed and and ready but in the end you realize why life is worth living and being light based on your choices.

Good news: We don't die. Our spirit moves on to the next vehicle/body after going through aggressive hypnosis established thausand of years ago by the beings that altered our DNA and colonized planet earth. This is the as Consciousness trap/shield. Your previous experiences/knowledge is wiped off/suppressed that when you are reincarnated/reborn back on planet earth you kinda forgot everything from your previous lives.
Typically the spirit is forced back during conception.
Most of the traps have been destroyed by the Council of 5 (Alien races). This means that some of the newly born babies can remember atleast 3 of their previous lives.

When you “die” or transition to non-physical, You are greeted by your loved ones and guides on your transition team who take you to the life review. You look at your life from beginning to end, and you see all the missions you have completed and how you have impacted the world so much. You also see any karma that you have accumulated. There are those who claim to be psychic mediums and can talk to those who have departed. I have my reservations about that. Also I don't think it matters You are alive now. Make your life one that is memorable. Full of compassion and mindfulness and love. I personally believe in reincarnation. However I am not a proselytite. I don't try to convince anyone of my beliefs.

some amount of daft answers on this thread. We humans are spiritual beings, we can transend to other spiritual realms and communicate with spirits on each of the ten. Once we leave this human domain we will transend to the spiritual realms and communicate with other spirits and spiritual beings. It's simple, those who say different are closed mind.

I think, maybe, phrasing the question, "what happens when YOU die", is the wrong way to look at it. I think "you and I" are what you get when this spiritual force, or soul or energy or whatever word you use to describe it, bonds to a physical nervous system and starts accumulating memories. Take away the physical aspect and "you and I" no longer exist. That spiritual force still exists though, and will remember existing in this time and place and form, before moving on to its next manifestation. It's more interesting to ask what happens to the spiritual force after it leaves the physical. I was told it "wakes up" in its true form and remembers all the other times it existed here. From this perspective all the patterns and issues we had to resolve and deja vus and coincidences all make sense. The reason we have to experience all this is there, but it's not for "you and I' to know, its for the spiritual force that is the core , or soul of us, the REAL us. It's for that to know why, not us mortals. That's how it was explained to me.

Why people "land" in different parts of the Afterlife and see different "stuff" seems to be dependent upon several things such as beliefs held prior to death; circumstances of death; habitual patterns of thinking; diseases which alter the thinking process (such as Alzheimer's Disease); and others.
